2022 RIDE REGISTER NOW!!
Pennsylvania Perimeter Ride Against Cancer is taking place from July 15th to July 17th, 2022 and we have some exciting news to share! PPRAC 2022 will be taking place as a three-day event in Lewisburg, PA. Bucknell University will act as a central hub for our ride and be the lodging location for riders. Friday and Saturday will offer 30, 50 and 100 miles route options and Sunday will offer 30, 50, and 75 mile routes throughout the Susquehanna River Valley. Unable to ride for all three days? We are also offering a one-day event on Saturday July 17th! We are eager to offer this option and have PPRAC Alumni join us in fighting cancer. Not only is there beautiful cycling in the Lewisburg area, but we look forward to having a central location for this year's event. Bucknell University will act as our home base for rider meetings and offers lodging for those who are interested. The town of Lewisburg, in walking distance, offers food and fun for riders to take advantage of when we aren't putting in miles.  Riders participating in PPRAC not only raise funds for the American Cancer Society, but also donate 15% to Dream Come True, a support organization for terminally and seriously ill children. To date, the PPRAC has raised over a million dollars for the fight against cancer. Together we can fight cancer, a disease that affects one in four people.

We look forward to riding and fighting cancer with you!

Dream Come True of the Lehigh Valley

Founded in 1984 by local businessman Kostas Kalogeropoulos Dream Come True fulfills the dreams of children who are seriously, chronically or terminally ill and reside in the Greater Lehigh Valley PA area. The children are between the ages of 4 and 17 years old. Dream Come True is unique in that we are a local organization that fulfill dreams for serious and chronic illnesses not just terminal ones. We also offer dream recipients, college scholarships and funeral expenses.
With our first dream for Jamie in 1984 to Disney World, Dream Come True has brought smiles and special moments to over 1,150 ill children and their families. Serving the local area for 24 years we have touched the lives of many sick children. We strive to give them hope and help them get away from their daily trials and tribulations regarding their illness. We let them have the chance to dream.
