Bulk Mail

If you meet the requirements below, the American Cancer Society office would be glad to send your letters via their bulk mail rate. Please contact the Cancer Society office for further information @ 1-888-227-5445

USPS Bulk Mail
Available to Non-Profits Organizations Only!!!

Bulk Mail requires a minimum of 200 pieces, separately addressed to different addresses. All pieces must be identical as to text, size, weight, and number of enclosures.

All mailings over 5,000 pieces must be cleared with Mail Services. Time, equipment, and personnel require advance planning for such large mailings.

All Bulk Mailings MUST:

  1. Be accompanied by a completed Bulk Mailing Request Form.
  2. Be sorted in correct numerical zip code order (from lowest zip code to the highest zip code). This is a USPS requirement.
  3. Have the standard indicia and return address printed or stamped on each mail piece (to show non-profit status). The return label must be the American Cancer Society's with their address. You can't have your name listed in the return address.
